2024 Drinking Water Faucet with Flexible Gooseneck, Lead-Free Beverage Kitchen Water Filter Faucet Fits Most Water Purifier Filter Filtration Systems or Reverse Osmosis Units, SUS304 Stainless Steel

Needed a replacement faucet for our old GE R.O. system, and I needed one that came with a 3/8” tubing connector. (Most I found only came with a 1/4” connection.) The build quality of this one feels solid and it looks good at our kitchen sink. The installation was really easy (don’t forget to turn off the water supply to the RO system and drain/depressurize it before disconnecting old faucet). Water flow is strong, valve works well, and flexible neck is a nice addition.

Overall the build quality is great, no issues with it. Only complaint I would have is how small the nozzle is. The water coming out is very fine and is like a jet. Not built for large output of water at once.

I did not have an issue with the thickness of my mounting surface so this worked great for me. The flexible hose has some sort of plastic in it, but this was perfectly fine with me.

I have this wall-mounted to my RO system in the garage. The flexible part of the faucet keeps flopping down and won’t stay where I position it. This means it can never be out of the way, and will keep hitting my kettle scratching it up.

Very easy install and is convenient. After a few days, I noticed that it has a slow drip. Drips approximately 5 mL overnight. Valve is hsut as firmly as is possible. Can it be adjusted to stop the drip? Can’t see any way to tighten or pack the valve. After one week it is leaking 25mL per day. Hope there is an easy fix. Otherwise will have to return and ask for replacement.

Went to install it and didn’t notice the length of the shaft out of the bottom of the unit where you twist the nut to lock it in place on the countertop. Luckily, I removed the nice hole cover spacer and that gave me enough room to secure it down. Looks kinda bad now because it had to use the rubber washer on the top instead of underneath. but it’ll work for now, if I leak from water buildup on granite countertop near the faucet, I’ll have to remove this unit and return it. Other than that it’s a well Made product, but the end user must make sure to measure the length, because I just assumed it would fit, didn’t think the shaft would be shorter or longer, nor did this listing inform you to make sure first. I gave it two stars simply for the reason that it should be made with a much longer shaft just like the rest of this same product sold everywhere here in the US. This did come from China. But again, well-made, and functions as it should, really like the flexible neck. I would have most definitely gave it 5 stars if the threads shaft was longer and I could have used the nice hole cover. Our granite it standard thickness. Not sure where this manufacture missed that measurement. :-(
