Instant goodness
Instant ramen soup: boil some ramen noodles, add soy sauce powder , add some sliced mushrooms, sliced hard boiled egg and green onions , I add a touch of vinegar ,and you’ve got supper.

For camping it needs no refrigeration
Different bottles of soy sauces have different tastes. The good taste of this is typical. It can be made stronger or weaker and that is an advantage. On a camping trip it was great to flavor camp dishes without having to refrigerate a bottle.
