Bought theses for Halloween and loved them

I got this for my niece and her friends for a birthday party and they loved it. No one complained about any skin reaction and the gems stuck on easily and lasted the whole day. Not sure if reusable, I’ld imagine that putting them on over makeup would impact their staying time.
