Laser 8640 NOx Sensor Tap Set 2pc

These are super robust and saved our bacon on an NOx sensor boss threads that were badly damaged when removing old sensor. I’d also ordered a new boss expecting to have to weld a new one on. However these came up trumps and cleaned a badly damaged thread. Good product.

First of all - I just needed the M20 tap, the M22 was absolutely useless to me, now I understand why the seller sells them both - because of the low quality, I was misled by the price, I was thinking that the quality will be better hence the price, but it is not. I needed the tap to clear the thread after NOX sensor removal, unfortunately the thread of the tap has badly weared after the first try, looks like it is made of soft steel, people expect this kind of tool to be made of some hard alloy as it supposed to cut a thread into steel. I cant return it now as it is damaged, absolute waste of money and time.
