I love it! Old reusuable bags were ripped to shreds. Had a hard time finding another good size thermal bag, for me. Most are too big to lift once perishables are inside. This one is perfect for a shorter person to carry on shoulder, with a hand supporting the weight underneath. Straps are perfect, the jute fabric is very posh. It came in a pretty, heavyweight, plastic bag with zipper, for protection. Beautiful. Used the first time yesterday- it held two bags of ice, plus a regular paper bag 3/4 full of groceries. My only issue was putting it in a dirty shopping cart!

I love this bag! I have been on the search for a sturdy reusable and insulated bag, and this fits the bill. I love that the strap are sewn all the way around- I was so tired of straps ripping off all the cheaper versions. It's big enough without being too big. The dark blue is a lovely color.

I can't imagine how anyone could rate these amazing bags with less than five stars. I've purchased nearly twenty-five of the XLs and store four of these vertically inside a fifth. I've equipped each bag with two caribeaner clips so they easily attach to the outside of a shopping cart just beneath the handle. I have so many because I use these for more than transferring groceries and not a single one has failed me to date and besides, I also always get compliments at the store because everyone everywhere appreciates these fantastic bags. Now, most zippers in general don't travel well around corners. However, these bags are so exceptionally well made and sturdy that every single one zips up easily for me everytime. After years of buying cloth bags with handles and reusing plastic bags that eventually tear. These bags are an absolute game changer. Sometimes I leave my Ice blocks inside them and two days later they're still frozen. I give them a 100% because they do what they're supposed to.

I sort my groceries before loading them in the bags. Because the base is wide and square it can hold more cold items without piling them on top of each other. Keeps my dairy, meats and frozen items from the heat long enough until I get home. Also great for keeping hot items for transport to a party. Glad I bought it.

Very satisfy for the quality and design!

If you're like me, then grocery is a three-store project of hopping from Costco to a discount grocery store, to a regular grocery store to get all the stuff I didn't get at the first two stores. In the summer heat this can be problematic because let's face it, the trunk of a car gets very hot. So I bought two of these bags keep all my cold stuff cold while I'm out and about store hopping. So far, the results have been great... no need for ice packs. The X-Large bag is very big and can handle big bulky Costco meat purchases and all my other cold stuff as well. Although you can overload these bags with a lot of weighty items, I wouldn't go crazy. The bags seem sturdy enough but because of their size, but it would be very easy to overload them and make them too heavy to carry. The bags would also be helpful when bringing hot or cold food to a gathering. The X-Large size is long and wide enough to fit a 9x13 pans inside of it, but it's very deep. So if you have a couple of pans to pack you'll need to figure out something so you can stack more than one on top of one another. All in all for shopping, they're great.
