I bought this before I committed to getting my rear lenses sorted professionally. I couldn't make more of a mess than they were already in frankly. The item arrived quickly and the instructions were easy to follow. The results are actually very good. Though I can still see swirling where the fine sandpaper and cutting compound 'polished' the lens it is barely noticeable and the lenses are now clear again. One 4 stars because the polishing compound was difficult to get out of the tube. It felt like it was starting to go off but once you got it out it did the job really well. Well worth £15 to try before spending a lot more for a professional refinish. We'll see how long it lasts.

Did a good job just follow the simple steps

As long as you follow the directions it works perfectly

The backing on the drill base pad is way too hard. It should flex to move with the contour/shape of the headlight. The buffing pad is ok but sanding discs were unusable as they just dug in. I ended up buying a selection of sandpapers and doing it by hand and finishing it off with the buffing pad/drill. Also most normal drills won’t be able to achieve the higher rpm you need for this kit to be effective.

Very simple to use…. Just follow the 3 basic steps. No drill required, all preparation completed by hand. Took approx 1 hr for both headlights. Does what it says on the box 👍

My car failed the NCT test due to a dull misty headlight. My mechanic used this product and it cleared the glass and my car passed the retest. Whats not to like?
