The items arrived and one worked great, the other did not. I reached out to return the item and next thing I knew I was getting an email that I was receiving another package; before I could get the other one returned (I just dropped it off at UPS yesterday). That's a company who understands customer service and standing by their product. I love the product and the price I paid for both and respect the company for ensuring the consumer was happy with their product.
