If you don't use this and call support, they just hang up on you.
So you gotta have it. I have one broken printer and one that was broken and fixed itself somehow. (both not exposing).And then I ran out of this stuff and need to peel off my last piece. Keeps the goop out of the insides.

Worked exactly as needed
It fit my husbands 3D printer and he is very eco Ted to start 3D printing again. Love that it comes with multiples so if my husband has any issues he can just change them out.
