I started taking vitamin E softgels as part of my daily routine because my Sjögren’s causes a lot of dryness, especially in my skin. Bust open one of these capsules and take the vitamin E gel rub it all over your face in the morning. You will have the most creamy looking skin you've ever seen try it. To cover the entire face, you probably would need to use two vitamin E capsules

I dont know what happened to this bottle or where it was stored but when I opened it, my nose almost fell of the terrible smell it came from the bottle. It smells like trash seriously. I tossed it immediately in the garbage and I’ll make this one a lesson to never buy again supplements from Amazon.
