So far I've only used one of these tools. I thought they were metal by looking at the picture, but I was mistaken. Only one is partly metal.The one I used was for removing plastic cliffs from my Chevy Trax. It was much easier using this than using a screwdriver.The tool does not seem to have suffered any damage, so I think it's tough enough for removing these plastic pieces. And that's all it really needs to do.

This product comes with a variety of different tools that are useful in pulling apart automotive plastics. I used them to remove the stock mirror caps on my vehicle and swap them out with carbon fiber caps. I found that the plastic on the tools seemed to be FAR softer than the plastic used on the mirror caps, as the tools are all marred and scraped up now (this is sort of a good thing I guess - it just means the tools should never scrape up your vehicle plastics which is good!). As long as you purchase these tools knowing you may have to order them again - if you’re a frequent user - then they’re perfect for you! The price certainly makes them appealing for hobbyists/one time diy’ers.

I bought these to pop the dash on my car for a project and since I have them, I used them far more than I would have guessed. They are sturdy, don't scratch the surface and work really, really well. Very happy with the purchase. I am a DIY guy and these are a great addition to my tool box.

These worked great taking off my hatch panels on my 2019 Mazda CX-5. I had to remove my hatch panels to install wiring for my trailer hitch and this kit worked great. Well worth the $$ to save the headache of broken trim anchors.

These tools helped me to remove a couple of window switches very easy and quick. Glad I ordered. I will use in the future.

A decent set for getting under plastic trim pieces without marring. The plastic pry tools are sturdy and the tips have a thinly tapered point for getting into tight spaces. The metal prybar is there for the heavy lifting on "behind the scenes" clips and press-fit tabs that need to be squeezed before releasing. Happy with this set for sure.

Overall these are pretty flimsy and because of that really didn't work to remove the interior door panel on my 2019 F-150. Cost was reasonable but I guess you get what you pay for.

This is a very good set for the Money. The plastic is quite strong and worked well removing a car door panel. Worked well for Laptop work as well.
