I have been rooting around for odd needles for ages! I've finally gotten down to my last one or two, I don't even know what happens to them! So with this kit theres loads that will do all sorts of jobs. At first I hadn't realised but the ones in the tubes are indeed lots of different sizes, even when you tip them out they are hard to find but they are there. What I really liked was the large stitch ripper, I didn't know you could get them with big handles that fit so much better in a bigger hand. Everything was as I expected, correct sharpness, pierces fabric as they should. Good value too in my opinion.
