I have used Autan products in the past and always found them very effective. I particularly liked that this one is DEET free and natural products. The smell is quite strong and you certainly can smell the citronella and eucalyptus. I actually like those particular smells and it’s reassuring that the product is still effective if you can smell it. It’s not greasy and easily absorbed .The pump action is brilliant and with just a couple of sprays limbs are covered. Like lots of deterrent sprays you need to be careful around sensitive areas like your eyes. I like that you get 100ml bottle and most airlines restrict liquids to 100ml bottles so perfect for travel. The price is good for such a quality product.

Smells exceedingly potent but it works brilliantly (and usually I am a mosi magnet). Will not go without it now.

This mosquito and insect definitley does the job! It provides long-lasting protection and effectively keeps bugs at bay. The formula is non-greasy and has a pleasant scent. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay bite-free outdoors!

Can confirm it keeps the midges and other flying annoyances away. As typical with every bug spray I have encountered in my life it smells quite a lot and doesn't taste good (ask me how I know :/)The one complaint I have is that the spray neck and therefore the cap is really long and makes it bigger than it needs to be, which does make it a little less convenient for backpacking.

Claimed to cover mosquitos, ticks, gnats, it smells just like the citronellal candles and in my tests mostly worked.I did get the odd visit but not as much as when I was not protected by anythingEasy to spray on and the smell isn't that overpowering, once concern I had was citronellal allergic properties but no reaction on my part and I do have lets just say reactive skin.
