Easy to use quality bands
Durable, great quality stretch bands., with no offensive odors, very nice colors and thickness. I am enjoying using them to workout and strengthen. Length is easy to accommodate to anyone’s size.

These bands are more resistant and durable than latex-free bands. I'm just learning how to use them instead of free weights but so far, they seem to be an adequate substitute. Also, storage is easy and neat, no set of weights to put out of the way. Easy to tie together if a longer length is required.

I needed these for shoulder rehab. I was going to purchase a less expensive option with only 3 bands--light, med, heavy. But I got this one, which includs "very light". Turns out, the "very light" band works best for my rehab. Shipping quick. Quality excellent. Rehab going very well. A very good product. I recommend.
