This has taken me along time to sort out. I have ordered the paddle and wanted the bag. I have spent a long time trying to enter promotional codes. When I finally read the questions people have posted it states that the paddle bag is to large and can’t be applied for my size paddle. I’ve already spent 20 minutes with customer service to send my paddle back and reorder with the bag to find out that it won’t be sent as it is to long and I would have to order a paddle 4 inches to long for me to qualify for the bag. Very misleading and time consuming. I could have used my gloves in the bag to use up the extra length. Very disappointing. Now back to customer service to get my 20 dollar credit for the bag that can’t be applied to third party so I can’t use it to order the bag. Then to call UPS and cancel their pick up of my paddle. Grrrr

The package mentioned a cover along with the product but the cover did not arrive. There was a fine print on adding a code for the cover. Wrote back and got a prompt response on the bag and the process to follow. Impressed by the response. The paddle is light and looks great. Will post after use

I have used and abused this paddle for 2 weeks straight. Strong and light

This paddle is light but effective when paddling. It performs just as well as much more expensive paddles. It was a gift and my husband likes it very much.
