I started giving this to my 7 year old son who was getting frequent stomach aches and also had excema on his elbows. The excema cleared up in about a month of using it and he never complains of stomach aches anymore. I give him 1 ounce every day. He loves the taste, but his 9 year old sister doesn't like it.😊
