my dr insists i take these and I do notice a difference when I run out.......and this is the best brand and best buy......big capsules but no problem swallowing them......talk to your dr but they do work for me

I've been taking Nature Made Turmeric Curcumin 500 mg for a while and appreciate its health benefits. It’s easy to swallow and has definitely helped with my joint discomfort. However, I was hoping it might have a more pleasant taste or aftertaste, but it’s pretty bland. That said, it’s still a solid supplement if you’re looking for a convenient way to get your daily dose of turmeric without worrying too much about the flavor.

if you actually take these regularly, you will feel a difference in joints and need any kind of stiffness. She may have joints. I think they’re actually better than glucosamine and at least turmeric is natural because if you ever run out, you can always go and buy the spice and just use it in your cooking
