Bought this supplement after reading up on what could work well for women in their forties. After trying loads of different supplements over the years this one definitely delivered what was expected. After a few days taking it I could feel my energy level increasing, no more disrupted sleep, and just overall calmer (especially “the noise” in my head) honestly I can’t recommend it strongly enough!

Have used for over two months and i feel that my concentration, sleeping and mood has improved. They dont taste the nicest but what tablets do!

I am also taking probiotics so that has to count but I will say I am feeling good, not as tired and can actually study once again

After a month of taking these, I’ve noticed a significant difference in my hormonal balance and mood.

Taken this product for over 6 weeks and haven't really noticed much difference and actually cancelled my subscription. Shame as i expected more after reading the reviews.

I have recently heard about the benefits of Ashwagandha so wanted to find a supplement that had this and also Magnesium to help with my feeling of fatigue and to help me relax and also to see if it will help me sleep better.Firstly I really like the packaging clean and easy to read design and I like to benefits being explained again on the label which I have found others do not seem to do this so this is a positive for me.The pills are the normal size for supplements and I really like they are in the smooth coated sleeve to make swallowing the pills easier which it does.Having taken them for the last 2 night I have felt the difference in the morning, I previously would wake in the night feeling unsettled and struggle to get back to sleep, but since taking these I have still woken but felt calmer and feel back to sleep much better and feel better in the morning.The only negative is the qty, this only has 1 months worth of pills (60 pills) others offer 60 pills so it would be good to see this increase to align.The review asks to score flavour and pain relief whoich I believe are the wrong topics for pills so I have not scored these as they are not relevant,So happy with this product :)
