This item works perfectly for what’s intended. It does get SUPER hot which means you have to have an extremely steady hand or else the cuts come out wonky but other than that it’s a great deal for all accessories it has. I also love the different color options. I got pink.

Awesome for your everyday foam cutting, not so much for industrial foam such as closed cell but for 40ish dollars you get what you pay for. Heats up very quickly and with the wire attachments you can cut precisely. The case it comes in is handy and a solid case. All the attatchments it comes with are quality and sturdy. Instructions were clear and easy to use as well. Overall durability of the tool and case 9/10. If you need something to cut precisely and quickly this the foam cutter for you.

The way this thing cuts through foam feels like magic. The clamp holder is an awesome feature as well. Very easy to use, and everything fits snug in the case.

So it works ok to starts, but I had the one, long, prod cutter burn out on me after about 2wks of use (about 20, straight line cuts). No wires are broken that I can see, it just won't heat up anymore. Can't find where to buy a new, single, replacement part. Warranty link in Amazon just says to contact the seller directly. I cannot express how super-duper high my hopes are for a resolution.

It glides through any kind of Styrofoam with ease. Very easy to use!!!

I’ve only used this a few times but the hot wire function is great. It went through 2” foam quickly. I have not yet used the hot knives but I do like the speed on the wires.
