SK 5-Piece Phillips Screwdriver Set, Magnetic Screwdriver Set, S2 Steel, SureGrip Handle

This was the best purchase I've done in my tooling career. Being an aviation maintenance 38 years I've acquired a lot of high quality old school and some new school tools but the screwdrivers were always the weakness in my toolbox. I had some good old school Craftsman screwdrivers but I was time to upgrade to something nice to use when? In my retirement years! Looking at the prices for the top three and we know who they are, it was ridiculous to pay $400 or $500 for a 16 or 21 piece screwdriver set. Then I remembered SK tools! SK along with Proto and a couple of others were also high-end tools back in the day. I picked up this whole drawer of tools at a fraction of the cost that I would have paid for a simple screwdriver set from the top three. The top three have become ridiculously overpriced and getting an exchange is as well as ridiculous. This SK Tool Set was the way to go! I got the screwdriver set, the long screw driver set, the torquex bit set, the micro screwdriver set, the Long Reach screwdriver set, the nut driver set in sae and metric and the acetate resistant screwdriver set. All high quality at what I would have paid for a 21 piece of the top 3.

These SK screwdrivers are the very best set of screwdrivers that I have ever owned, and I have owned a number of premium-quality sets because I have sort of an obsession about top-quality screwdrivers. A person doesn't really notice the difference until there is a high-torque need, and I have had a few of those needs, where I am twisting a stubborn screw using almost all my strength. And that's when you can easily tell the difference between poor, fair, good, and great screwdrivers. These are GREAT. The shafts are very firm, they not only don't stand a chance of bending, but they just feel firmer, and you have better leverage with these than with other sets. The tip end is really perfectly made, they fit Phillips-head screws better than the tips on any other Phillips-head screwdrivers that I have ever used, and are thus less prone to camming out than other screwdrivers. The rubber composite green and black grips are also terrific, and in a good thickness.These are just outstanding screwdrivers, I have nothing bad to say about them at all, only good, and indeed I highly recommend them. (I was initially attracted to them after reading a number of OTHER very positive comments about them from other reviewers!)

I didn't know just how well-known and well-used this brand was until I was visiting my mechanics. They all had these on their workbenches. After noticing my Philips screwdrivers were slowly disappearing I broke down and bought a set. I love the shape of the handles for gripping. They also clean up well after using them in the grime. I am very happy with these.

My current, very old set of Phillips screwdrivers were worn out some time ago and finally replaced with these. This is a high quality set that will serve very well for a very long time.

Got the 6 piece combo set of the flat/Philips. Used them a year and loved them so much I ordered another exact set for my service truck, I'm loving these import sk tools more and more, they are more affordable for a guy like me: a farmer who doesn't want to go to the field with super expensive tools that can be lost but still needs tough tools that hold up to real work!

I just recently purchased these screwdriver sets from Amazon and was looking for tools made in the USA and after searching decided on the S-H brand because this brand has a high rating even though it is made in China because it had the sizes and types that I was looking for. I believe that you can some quality products from China because China realizes that they must compete with the USA on quality also.

This is an excellent set of screwdrivers, high quality finish and really nice grips. Magnetic tips are perfect, not too strong or weak just enough to hold the screws. The tips fit snugly into the screw heads without slipping or stripping. Made in China but still high quality.
