The media could not be loaded. I got this Perfect Pot because I’m a big fan of my Always Pan. The pot is similar in a lot of ways in terms of care (keep heat medium, don’t use abrasive scrubbing agents when cleaning) and in terms of ease of use - very easy to clean, easy to sauté/roast/boil etc without ingredients sticking or burning.The highlights for me are:- the non-toxic non-stick - it’s so nice to cook larger 1-pot type meals in this pot because nothing sticks to the sides and veggies don’t burn up on the bottom of the pot. Everything cooks evenly. Rice dishes are my favorite in this pot, and it’s a dream for all of my veggie roasting+soup making too.- oven safe! It’s a gorgeous stove-to-oven design, easy to make Dutch oven type meals in (and then easy to clean too)It is pretty big (I live in a small apartment) but I got rid of a few clunkier pots and an old Dutch oven to make room. So it’s ultimately saving me space by replacing those old units with 1 pot. And I just put a little protective padding inside before I stack smaller pots inside (to preserve the nonstick)And did I mention easy to clean? So much better than crusty old Dutch ovens that need to be soaked overnight! This pot practically wipes clean (and I taught my husband, the dishwasher, how to be gentle while cleaning to preserve the nonstick)

This pot is wonderful because I am able to use it on my induction cooktop and then in my oven !Besides being very easy to clean .

This pan is very light and is perfect for small quantity cooking. It is very useful for liquids, sauces. This does not brown foods well, and not very useful to get any kind of sear. This is a great color and finish and very easy to clean. Does not leave an food odor, like many non stick pans.

If you are considering buying this pot, just buy it. It’s heavyweight but not as heavy as a cast iron. It truly is an all in one pot allowing perfect cooking with no extra time needed. It’s exactly what I was looking for in terms of functionality, you can do it all in this pot! I originally wanted a light color but glad I went with the dark color and it matches my kitchen perfectly and I don’t feel like it an eyesore if it needs to be left on the cooktop.

While we do love our dutch ovens, cooking with them is always a workout because they're so darn heavy. The "Perfect Pot" has pretty much replaced all our heavier cookware. Much to love about this thing. First, it's easy to move between oven and stovetop, so it's ready for multi-stage cooks.The ceramic coating works as advertised (and much like the Always Pan, which is another favorite from Our Place that we use daily). We've used the Perfect Pot for multiple cooks. Boiling pasta: the lip on the pot made it convenient to pour out hot water. We could also then finish a cacio e pepe in the same pot. Reheating pasta in it led to little to no stuck-on food, and all it took was soaking for a few minutes to get the few strands that were stuck out.Oven use is good too. We roasted a chicken in it that turned out beautifully. Easy to clean (none of the mess involved in gingerly removing a flat pan with grease spilling over).The third cook we were impressed by was a biryani. The lid makes it easy to get the right seal to lock all the flavors in, and the 5.5 quart size is the right size to cook for a large gathering. Our biryani fed four adults and two kids (with lots leftover to enjoy).We were worried about how the beautiful, beautiful exterior would handle oven heat, but it handled heat with elan. One of those rare things that is both beautiful and tough!If you're tired of getting a workout every time you use your dutch oven, this is just the thing for you!

This saucepan is coated and is of high quality You can tell if you've cooked enough and live long enough you realize that this is a great saucepan. It is also a great Dutch oven. Even heating and very well made. I will be purchasing more products from this company. Getting older you don't want to have to round heavy pots and pans in and out of the oven or washing them in the dishwasher heavy saucepans that can double as Dutch ovens kind of get a little cumbersome and heavy. This very high quality aluminum and is light which is lovely Don't dismiss this factor, because it's important. I would recommend this pot to anyone from the everyday home cook to my friends in the culinary industry.
