Char-Griller3055 3-Burner Gas Grill Cover

I purchased this Char-Griller cover as a replacement for my original cover, which was purchased together with my Char-Griller 3001 grill and side fire-box unit. It lasted about 4 seasons before the fabric started tearing away from smoke stack cover tops, not the smoke stacks themselves. I blame this on me pulling the cover off the grill using the smoke stacks as opposed to lifting from one side or the other.I extended the useful life of the original cover by wrapping the stacks with aluminum foil which helped to keep water out since the top of the stacks were torn, not the bottoms. Once the bottoms of the stacks started to tear, again from me using them as handles, it was time to replace.This grill cover looks great, especially without the foil, and works as intended to keep my Char-Griller 3001 grill and side fire-box unit protected from the elements when not in use. The fabric is soft and easy to fold and place in my deck box when it’s time to fire up my grill.This time around, I will attempt to remove the cover from the sides instead of the stacks.

Bought my 3001 grill about 7 or 8 years ago and bought a cover then. The replacement was bought about 4.5 years ago, due to the old one getting brittle. Did a decent job protecting the grill during that time. Considering it is outside in sun, rain, wind and has been through three hurricanes, I'd say they are pretty good.The grill now needs replacing due to deterioration of the bottom shelf and internal parts and I am seriously thinking I will go with another Char-Griller 3001 and one of these covers. For about $250 total for the grill and two covers, I call that a pretty good deal!

We leave our grills outdoors, in the sun, rain and wind. The covers protect our grills from the elements (and for those in snow country ... it helps shed the snow)Just understand that UV (ultraviolet, the UV from the sun) will break down the material and though it won't become brittle and fall apart, it will become faded and a bit more prone to ripping. My grill has a few screws sticking out, and I don't remember where they are when I man handle the thing back into my shed for the winter (typically after the snow falls and the "I will get to it" excuse fails to amuse the wife). So about every 3 years, I find myself looking for the make / model of the grill and trying to figure out which cover fits.This is it. It's part of my purchase history and I know the grill will be protected from the wind, pine cones ... but not squirrels.

Really nice cover! Much better than I expected. I didn't shop for this cover in person at a retail store so I didn't know how the quality would be. I saw this on Amazon and the price was great. Once it arrived I opened it up and was surprised how thick the material is and how very well made this cover is. I've had bbq covers in the past that tear and/or fade and this one is a thousand times better than any cover I've had. It fits my bbq perfectly and stays on even in high winds. It's been snowed on, rained on and stood up to strong windy days without any problems at all. Great cover!!

What can I say other than it fits great and just what I needed for my new E3072 Char-Griller. This fits even though there's nothing pointing to this cover specifically for the 3072 model of this grill!

I wish Amazon or CharGriller would change the picture of the cover shown, as the model 3001 has two (dual exhaust?) chimneys. This cover fits the 3001 perfectly and has two "ears" for the two chimneys. It is very well built and I expect years of service. The only thing that bothers me is that the cover may fit too well, and maybe that's true of all covers from all manufacturers. I worry about the grill getting a bit "stinky" if left covered in the sun for long periods of time. So after the first week of use, I removed this cover and put it in my shed to save for winter. Then I made a smaller "bikini" cover out of two heavy duty trash bags and duct tape. It works, though I expect to make a new one each Spring. This cover however rocks!

This cover is a great fit for the grill with two chimneys. It's thick and durable, protecting the grill from the weather. It's easy to clean. Since the grill sells without a cover, it's essential to have something to protect the grill, and this is far more than the minimum. This is durable protection.

Bought this nifty high speed grill that's more expensive than I am used to paying for. I know I am cheap. Anyway, since this new grill has cost me an extra dime, I decide I should take care of it more than the previous grills. Hence the cover. The cover fits like a johhnnie and seems well constructed and weather resistant. Not sure if I'd call it water proof just yet, but the rain is coming to Kalifornia this weekend I guess I'll find out soon enough.Overall I am very happy and satisfied with this grill cover. And it makes the grill look so cool, like it's wearing a suite or some such. In addition to being cheap I have an over active imagination. OH NO the grill just walked away stealing the cover! Darn You get back here. Excuse me while I chase the grill to get back my beloved grill cover.......

Decent quality product but has lost its colour within a month or so and is now faded grey. I question how long it is going to last.

Premessa: il prodotto ha solo un mese di vita quindi andrà rivalutato nel tempo. Il fatto che sia sagomato rende l'installazione facile e veloce con la certezza di averlo posizionato correttamente. Ero un po' scettico per il fatto che non si possa stringere in basso, ma al momento fa egregiamente il suo lavoro. Anche in giornate di pioggia con vento l'interno del BBQ è asciutto, ma soprattutto pulito.

Good bbq cover. Durable quality.

le quedo perfecto al asador de mi esposo y se ve muy elegante, ademas lo protege contra la intemperie.
