Yes, only superfine white rice. It is the best and I have experimented with other and this is the best for baking. You can substitute this in any recipe that calls for flour. I make a pound cake from this and I am gluten free and this works very well. They also superfine brown rice for other recipes.

Can you this flour to make a pizza crust?

you can. I used it as part of a gluten free flour blend I was building for baking and did make pizza crust with the blend.

This flour is made from uncooked rice

Brown Bag/Orange Bag

This is the softest and finest ground white rice flour there is. I use only this brand for my Gluten Free bread. I posted a question about whether or not the brown bag and orange bag (identical titles/brand) are the same thing, because I have received both, and they are indeed the same thing.

Truly finely ground

This is truly finely grounded. It works best with my glutenfree flour mixtures. Other apparently powdery rice flours aren't as effective as this in my recipes. The price is a bit up there though (reason for minus one star), but a very good quality product.

If you’re looking for a cake that has a similar texture as a regular cake, your search has ended!!! I baked a pound cake for my mom cause she didn’t like other flour textures because they are so grainy.
