Unfortunately I had to return mine as I discovered a small defect on the inside of the glass of the upper reservoir. It looked great but the imperfection and the fact that the upper reservoir didn’t fit properly into the opening it was meant to fit in caused me some concern. I returned it and purchased another model that I hope will be okay. I’m sure that most of them won’t have the same issues.

I have yet to use the item, as I just received it today...but it is gorgeous. I thought I was missing pieces, but in my excitement of unboxing I hoped I had left them in the box. And I had - thank goodness.It was well packaged in styrofoam inside a sturdy box. I kind of want to keep the box to ensure it doesn't break in transport should I decide to take it anywhere. And I am not sure what size I was expecting but I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as tiny as I assumed it would be. I really should pay attention to those kind of details. It does look kind of majestic on my counter though. Oooh...I can't wait to try it out.
