These fit the Streamlight 88081 ProTac HL 5-X
These are a lot cheaper than the Streamlight batteries and fit the flashlight. Not sure about how long they last but you get 8 batteries for less than 2 Streamlight brand.

I cannot speak to these exact batteries as I ultimately ended up with 18650 size but I have used them now and can attest to the quality and truth in advertising.Seller also showed they will go above expectations to get customer correct product (even when customer orders clearly marked wrong product).
