Is there any opening in this mitt

As per the manufacturer, Posey says, "The double security mitts comes with a Hook and loop wrist closure and no finger separators, therefore no openings."

Are these padded on both sides (the palm and the back of the hand)?

The 2819 mitts used to be padded on both sides but the new pair I have are not stuffed on the back at all. Not sure if this is a defect or they are just cutting corners.

where can I find the different sizes?

They are a one size fits most adults.
