Water gets really fast and shuts off automatically. It is a cute kettle well worth the price.

I purchased this for a gift for a very dear friend. He loves it and says it is easy to use and holds plenty of water too. He also says it's quick to boil and keeps hotter longer than his old one. I'm glad I bought it. It shuts off on time and the length of the cord is convenient. Great buy.

Very easy to use-heats up & boils water quickly, lighted switch lets you know it's on, and easy to read water level. I've only had it for a couple of days, so I can't speak to the long-term durability, but it seems well-made, solid and I expect it will last indefinitely. Basically everything you'd expect out of a quality electric tea kettle at a super-affordable price.

Plugged it in and in less then 2 minutes I had my coffee ready. Very nice, easy to use and I like the way it has auto shut off features either when it gets hot enough or you pick it up from the base. Definitely a great size for keeping it on the counter. My package came pretty dinged up but everything inside was fine and that was about my only issue. So as long as it stays working good it's a great addition to your kitchen. Fast pour over coffee, hot cocoa and tea.

Been using the elite gourmet electric kettle for 2 years now. Heats up water way quicker than the stove and has been excellent for hot drinks and tea! The auto shutoff has been great too, preventing many an accident when I forgot I left it on. The kettle has a small screen filter for when you pour, to help prevent things (like bugs and spiders) getting in, and to help filter when pouring out.

When this works, it works very well, heating the water fast and getting it boiling hot. The problem is that sometimes I will plug it in and turn it on, and it just doesn't heat. The light comes on, and there will even be a bit of bubbling from the water as if it is heating up, but when I come back to check it, the water is still cool. It's a bit frustrating since sometimes I'm heating water under a time crunch, and I'd probably give this a 3 1/2 if I could. At least when I restart it, it works okay. I'll update if I have any issues later.
