I need to do warm compresses for my dry eye, and I had the microwavable ones, but it was annoying going all the way to the microwave to warm them up when I was already ready for bed. (First world problem, I know.) Anyway, this eye mask solved all that!! The battery life could be better, but if you just remember to charge it every two uses or so you’ll be fine. It’s great for travel too, since you may not always have access to a microwave. Lastly, I do recommend getting the sanitary sheets to go between your eyes and the mask. They keep the mask clean, for one, but they also make the temperature perfect. The warmer setting is a little too warm without the sheet.

I use the Rythflo mask for about 10 minutes every morning and it is a tremendous help with my dry eye. Unfortunately, after about 9 months of use the battery stopped holding a charge for long. However, when I wrote Rythflo they immediately sent me a replacement. What great customer service.I've tried the masks that you put in the microwave and corded masks, but none work as well as the Rythflo. I'm grateful that they make this product and appreciate their quick response to my complaint.

I ordered a couple of heating mask for my dry eyes and this is my favorite. It is the right temperature my doctor said to use and the auto shut off feature is so nice, especially since it shuts off quietly, so you can fall asleep and not be woken up with a beep at the end of the timer.

This heated eye mask is truly great. It took away the hassle of traditional compresses needing to be heated up in the microwave. My dry eye/sty situation was greatly improved last visit to the eye doctor. I attribute this to the use of the eye mask.When I had questions contacting the manufacturer through Amazon was easy and they were eager to help.

Updated review 3/11/24: I purchased my first eye mask about 7 months ago. I loved it so much that I decided to purchase a second mask. The second mask did not heat up very well, but I thought maybe I just received a faulty one. So I purchased another one, and the same thing! In total, I have purchased 3 masks and of the 3, 2 do not work properly. I’m so disappointed because this mask was such a lifesaver. I’ll be returning the most recently purchased masks and crossing my fingers that my original mask doesn’t die anytime soon.Original review: I needed to find something better to do warm compresses with, because microwaving my gel bead eye mask wasn’t cutting it. This mask is perfect because it auto shuts after 15 minutes, so I can relax without worrying about a timer. I have dry eyes, and when I have a flair up, I get a lot of pressure in my eyes. 15 minutes with this mask helps alleviate that pressure. And makes it much easier for me to do warm compresses when traveling. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because a full charge will only get you 3 cycles of 15 minutes. It would be perfect if the battery was better and I didn’t have to recharge it so often.

I liked the heat, comfort and convenience of this eye mask, but it lasted me less than four months. I didn't even use it every day. I think it's overpriced for the life span. Too bad. I will not order this again until the price comes down.

Just the right amount of heat. I liked it so much, I brought another one for my husband. He use to have problems with dry eyes and would use drops. Since using this daily he doesn’t need to apply the drops. I use it at night while in bed and often times would fall asleep with it on.

I had high hopes for this, because I love my microwavable eye compress. I bought this only because I thought it would be more convenient.Sadly, it's has several deal-breaking issues.Number one, the straps adjust the same way as bra straps adjust which means that, fundamentally, they're inconvenient and triggering. I figured out how the straps should work, but I couldn't find the perfect fit, regardless of how long I spent trying.Number two--and this is closely related to number one--it's uncomfortable. The eye mask doesn't lie perfectly on my eyes. I tried to adjust it, but it's not very moldable in the way that a microwavable eye compress is. It's just a padded eye mask. It either will fit your eyes or it won't fit your eyes. You can't do anything to help it accommodate the placement or distance of your particular eyes relative to each other or the rest of your face.Number three, the first time I used it, the heat was too high. The second time I used it, I turned it on low, and I could barely feel the heat. The third time I used it, I turned it on high again, and I could barely feel any heat. I feel, therefore, that it broke between the first time I used it and the third time that I used it.Obviously, I didn't try it again. It wouldn't be a good product for me even under normal circumstances. But, besides the fact that I didn't like the mask, it also didn't work. Therefore, I returned it.The device isn't that complicated. One long push turns it on. One short push changes the setting. It's not as though I abused it. In my opinion, it's just a bad product.I then just spent $99+ for the Wizard Research Electric Heated Dry Eye Mask that a friend's eye doctor recommended. I should have just bought the one that was recommended originally and skipped the less expensive brand. Saving time and aggravation matters.
