Poor insulation
Great design, easy to clean and good size. However, my hot drink doesn't seem to stay hot and after 30 mins of it being sealed, my drink has cooled down so not sure why it's advertised to have "unparalleled insulation" or my item is defective

Poor Insulation
Doesn’t keep the drink warm for very long, tepid within an hour. Also, should have read the description as it does say it’s not leakproof however, lid leaks so badly through the magnet top it’s difficult to take it in the car or carry it in a bag.

It's a good travel mug, maintain the drink hot for a couple of hours, but it is not leakyproof
