This and CDP Choline are the best choline products to buy, in my experience, night and day. I personally take one Alpha and one CDP in the morning, and one each again at bedtime. I noticed within a day or two my concentration and body coordination improved markedly... (not memory for me though unfortunately 😕) One night however I took 2 of one, and 2 of the other, (4 total) just doubled the capsules, and within about 30 minutes my legs and arms began moving on their own, painlessly, funny at first, than began worsening...still no pain, but I literally was moving like I had cerebral palsy, I am not joking...I then remembered it was a cholinergic reaction, that causes involuntary muscle movements, that can potentially include heart and/or diaphragm, and be life threatening or fatal. I called 911 and they agreed it would be fine just drink water until it wears off..and it did within 2 hours... Summary? Get this product and/or CDP Choline if you want a very high quality choline product...(which also says something about this brand, their products work well and are great for budgets pricewise), BUT RESPECT IT!!! ..Do not pop 3, 4, 10..it will not be pleasant...and can be life threatening. Finally, THIS IS NOT TELLING ANYONE TO DO THIS WITHOUT CHECKING WITH A DR. AND RESEARCHING FIRST...NOT LIABLE FOR INJURY FROM COPYING WHAT I DO WITHOUT CHECKING IT FIRST RESPONSIBLY WITH YOUR HEALTH CARE PROVIDER: I take with Acetyl-L-Carnitine, DMAE, and D3, I also intend to add Huperzine A...this company had all of these...it was explained this combo helps the brain make acetyl-choline, that helps switch us from fight or flight when there is no real danger (oversimplifying of course, please research). There are other supporting supplements also. One source has been several doctors, another is a book called "Stress Free for Life" Ra Un Nefer Amen.

I’ve tried quite a few brands, and this seems to be a good quality. I definitely notice a positive difference when I take it with my medication. I feel a little more focused, and am less likely to get headaches. My sleep quality improves as well. Easy to swallow for people that dislike capsules. Overall price is the only thing that makes it a 4/5. I have had the same results with other brands for cheaper. It is definitely better than most though!

Added: More than a month in and still no side effects. Increased to recommended dose, 1 capsule, twice daily. No side effects but be your own judge as all of our bodies are unique. I definitely notice a substantial cognitive boost. Solid sleep as well. Original Review: Day 5 of taking one capsule per day which is 1/2 dose. Pro: Amazing effects, clarity and focus have greatly improved. Does not make me sleepy, but when it is time to sleep I drift off quickly and straight into REM sleep. Con: Not really a con, but VIVID dreams like you couldn't imagine. Similar to the effect when I went on nicotine patches to quit smoking, but much more intense. Definitely wake up well rested. Zero side effects YET.

I believe it helps me focus and my husband as well. Have bought for 6 months and will continue to buy.

Seems to really help me focus toward the end of the day. It also seems to help with the caffeine crash at the end of the day.

Alpha GPC for me has been one of the best nootropics in terms of a substantial increase in focus and mental stamina. This brand is one of the best I've tried and I think will be my first choice in future.
