Q: Are the soles flexible when you twist them or firm?

The soles are not flexible but for arch support and comfort, they are the best sandals. I own three pairs but do not recommend Tuscany because the fabric cannot be cleaned, regardless of Ecco's claim.

Hello, They do have a very minimal metatarsal support.
