Did a bit of research and decided with the reviews I would purchase this one. I like that it is wrapped so that the sides don’t get so hot. I misread the weight and it was heavier than I had hoped. It is 44 pounds and I thought I might return it because we are in our 60’s and transporting it to our vacation home is not an option. Having said that we are extremely happy with our choice. Watching a lot of videos helped and we had big success with our first two pizza making attempts. It is fairly easy and making our own pizza dough with the “00” flour was a game changer. Even our NYC son was impressed.

Tye Roccbox is an amazing pizza oven. I researched various outdoor ovens, and Roccbox was clearly superior to similarly priced ovens. It lights easily, quite portable, and good insulation means it retains heat well,and recovery quickly. You can do several pizzas back to back without having to let the heat recover.I used it for a few months and upgraded to the Gozney Arc XL. The Roccbox was handed down to my son. They love making their own pizzas, too.Great, reliable oven.

I love my Roccbox. There is a learning curve to making good pizza but it is worth the time.
