Review updated based on an unbelievable customer service experience from Pablo.If you have ever worked in a design role, it's difficult to have a perfectly manufactured product due to cost, availability, trade-offs, etc. Keep that in mind with any chair purchase. It's also hard to find a place with good customer service- and this company really has amazing service which is rare.I experienced small issues with my chair but unfortunately I wasn't able to follow up because a family member passed after we gave birth to our child. Then, I got a message from them checking in with a caring message and they offered to help resolve the issue when I was ready. They resolved the issue even when I didn't have the brain capacity to pay attention and their follow up was impeccable. It really wowed me and I will refer them to everyone I know because of their effort to help customers- genuinely.I went cheap with my first child's nursing chair, and after feeling like the hunchback of Notre Dame with cracked nipples, I swore I would not be a chair cheapo with my next baby. Here are the pros and cons overall, but as stated, I recommend this chair.Pros:Enjoy lumbar and headrest settings. Absolutely love this chair!!! We sat in lots of different glider recliners and didn’t really live any of them. It was tough not being able to try this one out before buying it. It checked every box though, so we decided to bite the bullet and order it and I’m so glad we did. I’m 5’3 and my husband is 6’1” and it’s super comfortable for us both!

This was one of the first purchases I made for my daughter’s nursery. It’s expensive but well worth the price! It’s great quality and soooo comfortable for my 6-foot tall husband and me (5’6”). We actually sometimes fight over who gets to sit in it with baby, so maybe we need a second one.

We bought this chair for our second baby after having a non reclining chair for our first. After a few late nights we really regretted not having a reclining chair. After a lot of research we went with this chair and for the most part we're pretty satisfied with it! It's a beautiful chair, fabric is great. All the reclining features are great and it's easy to swivel. However, I had to take away a star because this chair is pretty tall. I'm 5 feet (so yeah, I'm short) and have a hard time getting out of the chair without having to launch myself out. We ended up getting an ottoman to help but it's still a little awkward for me. The other reason for taking away a star was the location of the controls. When you're reclined back it's pretty difficult to adjust because they're further away from you. Something that didn't bother me but worth mentioning is the stiffness of the chair. It seems to have softened after a few weeks of use but not sure if that's just me getting used to it. I do wish it were slightly more cozy. All in all, for the price you really can't beat it! It really depends on what your deal breakers are.

The chair arrived damaged in shipping. Nuture& customer service was exceptional. We provided a few basic pictures and they shipped out a new chair immediately. We can’t say enough about the chair- it is top quality and comfortable. Definitely made for tall people but it fits my daughter and son-in-law perfectly. Have already spent several newborn nights in this chair!

Excellent chair Delivery Service excellent

I was reaaaaaally hoping this chair was going to impress me, considering the high price tag and all the hype. And it’s fine, but not worth $1200. We’ve had it for less than a week and it’s already pretty noisy, making creaking noises as we rock in it. We don’t exceed the weight limits so this is extremely disappointing. My baby likes to be rocked in order to soothe him but the noise of the chair discourages me from rocking in it. Not sure how to even return such a heavy item. Also, the arm rests are unusually low for a seat that is as high as it is. I’m 5’9” and husband is 6’ and I like the seat height but have to slouch for my elbows to rest on the arm rests, making it not very supportive for my back.
