I recently started taking Nutricost Ashwagandha and so far I like how easy it is to add to my daily routine. The capsules are simple to take, and the bottle gives you a good amount for the price. I’m taking it mainly to support stress and overall balance, and I’ll keep using it to see how it works for me over time. Great option if you’re looking to try ashwagandha for the first time. 💚

For awhile I was using this daily. It kind of made me "numb", which I know is common. However, for me it's a good thing. But I heard it's not good for your liver, so now I only take it if I KNOW itll be a stressful day or if I've had a stressful day. I like Nutricost and haven't had any issues with their products in terms of quality, cause it seems effective. I know it did something, cause it also improves my mood. They do have a subtle herbal vitamin taste, but thats too be expected. I usually don't get energy from it, but it calms me down, but doesnt SLOW me down.

This ashwagandha supplement is good quality and easy to take. The capsules are simple, vegetarian, and don’t cause any issues. The dosage is convenient, and the bottle lasts a long time. Solid value and a straightforward supplement that does what it’s supposed to do.

This Nutricost Ashwagandha has been amazing for energy, motivation, and mood boost with no noticeable side effects. The taste is a bit weird but manageable. I've experimented with timing - before bed definitely improves sleep and waking up, while morning doses improve overall focus and performance throughout the day. However, after extended use I feel a bit emotionally numb, so it's great to use but needs periodic breaks. I take 2-3 week breaks then continue - this works perfectly when used intermittently. Always going to keep this in my supplement rotation with proper cycling.

Been taking this product for about a week, and I can't believe the changes in my morning wellness. I used to wake up foggy and irritated for the first few hours of the day. You DID NOT want to be around me. Now- I'm waking up refreshed and welcoming the new day without anxiousness. I don't think I've ever taken an OTC herbal remedy that has proven to be so effective in such a short amount of time. This plant is truly a blessing from the gods! UPDATE: Cutting back dosage to every other day. While this product works as advertised, it sure does a number on my stomach. Hoping I don't have to eliminate it for side effects!

This is a great product, would highly recommend for anyone,it's lowered my anxiety and improved my mood and helps me sleep better ,I will definitely buy again

Using to replace over the counter sleep meds. They work about as good as the chemical pills, sometimes help and sometimes not so good. But at least they are natural ingredients.

Inexpensive and easy to store in tight places. The pills are shaped to swallow easily. I plan to reorder.
