I could not be happier with this watch purchase. It keeps track of my sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, activities and work outs, steps, and weight. The process to pair with my iPhone was seamless. The display may be lacking in fancy eye catching colors and could use an upgrade.Granted, it doesn’t have the functionality of iPhone in terms of receiving calls and messages which I disabled, but I strictly wanted a watch for Fitness and this absolutely fits the bill.It’s simple and easy to read, lightweight and functional. It’s not 100% waterproof so do not take it in the shower, but it’s water resistant and safe to wear in the gym. And if it’s broken or lost for less than $20 it’s easily replaceable. I love it.

Im not tech savy i actually hate technology so this was so simple and easy to use. I love that it comes with an app so you can look back at your progress and goals for the week. It tracks menstrual cycles, sleep, steps, heart rate, O2 and blood pressure. You can see calls and texts and it also buzzes ur arm whenever the notification comes. You can not txt back on it which is fine. You can also change your music. This watch was affordable and light weight. I wanted to be able to wear it on my ankle but the band is not big enough but it is able to be modified by buying new bands and attaching them. The pamplet shows how to do all if this

The media could not be loaded. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Good option on a budget. Three of us needed these fitness watches and the pricier options add up quickly. We wanted more than a pedometer but nothing super fancy. I was actually surprised to find out you can get calls/texts/emails/FB messages on here because I was not expecting that feature on such a cheap watch. Ease of use:Very easy to use the app and the watch. You do need to download an app to use it, but you can control things from the watch once it's set up. You can either create an account or use the app as a guest, but if you create an account you can store your workout info. Durability:So far has held up to regular daily use, frequent handwashing, lifting weights, kickboxing, doing dishes, lake visits (water and sand).... both of ours still looks like new. Battery life:Lasts about 10-14 days depending on how I use it. The timer and stopwatch eat up a ton of battery life surprisingly, so I use the timer on my phone instead whenever possible to extend the life of the watch. Overall we all really like our watches. The period tracker has been accurate for me, and we have a medical grade heart/oxygen/BP monitor in the house, so we compared with the watch and it is very accurate with heart rate and oxygen levels, but not even close with the blood pressure so keep that in mind. Great fitness watch if you aren't looking for all of the additional bells and whistles of a brand name smart watch.

This smartwatch has surprised me. It has several useful functions, the screen is clear, the design is comfortable, and the cyan color looks very good.The battery lasts several days and the connection with the cell phone through the app is quite simple. I have used it to walk in the rain and so far I have not had problems with water, which fulfills its promise of being waterproof.

I'm only giving this 3 stars because it does not seem to track my heart rate accurately get obviously does not take my blood pressure correctly I don't see how that could even be possible that it would so it's funny that that's even a feature. It does seem correct on my steps but it doesn't have so much of a sensitivity so if I'm holding a drink it's going to count my steps at all so you really going to make sure your arms kind of swinging when you're walking. It does look very nice and is very easy to connect and set up I also like that it has the sleep option to track my sleep the only thing I wish it would keep track was if I was in a swimming pool it would keep track of my exercise level as I swam or elliptical machine so little room for improvement on those durability wise I'm one of those people that smashed my wrist all the time especially off of gym equipment because I can't stand in one spot without swaying and I haven't broken it yet so that's good. The price is very affordable which is why I bought it I would probably buy it again it did take me some time and I honestly feel kind of stupid but I had to read the instructions I had to charge the darn thing because they didn't bother to look at the charger so I would recommend look at the charger and then the instructions and it's pretty easy to figure out after that.

Attractive design. Some of the controls are not very responsive to touch. It doesn't respond at all if I try to use it while I am in the pool. Not much documentation on how to use the various features, and is taking me a while to figure out how to access them.
