I am a Pilates teacher and use resistance bands for stretching and strength moves with my classes. I can vary the resistance and I like the fact that using bands can improve grip strength as well. I also teach older people strength and balance exercises and chair based exercises. I am pleased with this product because it is so much more economical to cut the bands to size and to vary the length to suit the exercises. This roll is very economical. (In the past I have bought individual bands which can be very expensive and are often not long enough). In fact it means that I can afford to give some of my clients their own band to use at home.I like the fact that the band is latex free which means I don't have to worry about allergic reactions. The roll was nicely packaged in a box which makes storage much easier.

I was looking for some Toning Bands for my Fitness Classes and came across Meglio. I went for the green as it is a medium resistance. Also I choose this brand as it is a good price and the bands are latex free, I have a few clients who allergic to latex. I like it that I could cut to my own length. They are brilliant for my classes, versatile, easy to store and move around. I would definitely recommend Meglio Resistance Bands to anyone. In fact, I asked my manager if we could purchase a roll for the leisure centre where I work, to be used in our fitness classes and the gym - and she was happy to order a roll!

The Meglio resistance band is a great product. I have been using it in my busy surgery for the past 6 months and can thoroughly recommend it. Its stretch a band properties retain elasticity and is an all round excellent re -habiliation tool. Its competitive price quality and slightly brighter colour is why I continue to use it. Thumbs up for this product you will not be disappointed.

I originally bought this band to try an alternative to the markets leading brand, I am happy with it in comparison, although it is a stronger resistance the light is equal to the medium in the brand I know. The fact that it is latex resistant is essential and very good.

I like this medium resistance band as I'm using it for teaching Pilates and Yoga. The width is great as it can cover people's toes and ball of the foot easily. Seems nice and sturdy perfect for me.

Found that these bands snapped when a small amount of pressure was placed on them. As they’re meant to be resistance bands that’s not great!Very poor quality

I purchased these as a Pilates instructor for my clients. I chose the green (medium) as they can be used by my entire class as the resistance can be altered by changing the length at which they are held, ie a shorter length will provide more resistance, longer length less. Ideally I would have different colours but this was a good starting point. The fact that you can cut them yourself is ideal, I think mine are just over a metre long. They are easy to store once cut (I put mine individually in small plastic food bags), and easy to keep clean. I still have a good size roll left so any that should get damaged can be easily replaced which is much better value than buying them individually. My clients are always asking for them to be included in the session, and they are also great for stretching at the end of the class as well. I would definately recommend.

I purchased this for a seated exercise class and I have to say it is a great product, good quality and reasonably priced. You can just cut the lengths you require to suit the needs of the individual.
