I was surprised by the large package and immediately impressed by the weight and quality of this bike when I took it out of the box. It was a birthday present for my son, who just turned 6. Assembly was very quick — the only steps were connecting the shock by the back wheel and adding the handlebars.The bike has been running great! It's very easy for my son to turn it on, use the throttle, and operate the brake. Changing the speed settings is simple as well. I would definitely recommend this bike to others.One small downside (which may be due to my son riding it nonstop since we got it yesterday) is that the back tire is already flat. However, the customer service experience more than made up for it — they answered within two rings, provided helpful information and videos on how to remove and repair the tire, and even offered to send out new inner tubes.

My 4 year old loves this dirtbike. It is the perfect size for him and it is easy for him to drive and handle. I like that it has 3 speed settings so that it can be put in a lower speed and change as he gets more used to driving. It's built good, very durable. I think it will last a while. The battery is long lasting and it has plenty of power. Our dirtbike has about 150 miles on it and we're very happy with this purchase.

Arrived quickly. Very little assembly husband had it together in less than 15minutes. Son received it for his 7th birthday, he’s on the smaller side and it’s the perfect size for him. On a full charge he was able to ride it for hours taking a few breaks in between rides. Anxious to see how the battery holds up over time but overall extremely happy with my purchase and so is my little guy.

The description states this bike is suitable for 3 to 10 years old and unless you have an extremely tall 3-year-old this bike is not safe I bought two bikes one for my 7-year-old grandson and one for my 4-year-old grandson The 7-year-old loves it He's approximately 46 in tall The 4-year-old is 38 in tall and there's no Safeway for him to ride this bike Hi boy does not offer training wheels for the specific DK1 and refused to let me return the bike on the count that I missed the window for return which was two weeks after delivery unfortunately this bike was purchased as a Christmas gift on prime day , delayed for a month and arrived 7 weeks before Christmas and sat in storage awaiting Christmas Day, Amazon will not stand by purchasers on third party sellers and if you purchase something on prime Day you better open it Make sure it works and it's suitable two months before Christmas or you could be stuck with an item that you can't use or is unusable

Bought this for my sons 5th birthday and he has done really well with it so I am a happy customer for this product and currently at this to I have owned it for about a year with no issues

Fun bike and fantastic customer service. My son pulled an Evel Knievel at full tilt and broke the front fork in half. This was about a year after buying it. I messaged the company to see if they had an parts for sale as it was clearly a user problem rather than a part problem. They asked for a picture of the damage and sent me a full new front end for free without even having to beg. Thank you HiBoy!

Speed slowed a bit with the 11 yr old, but it was more so a height thing for her. Shes too tall, but still rips around unbothered.
