Q: I can’t seem to assemble this - there doesn’t seem to be holes for the rods. Am I missing something? I can see 1 hole at top of the Velcro strap

I also didn't quite notice holes. After putting the rods in, I pushed them into the corners of the wooden frame (had to try a couple times as I wasn't sure they'd fit) and they held in place. Hope this helps!
