I was looking for a shoe with a carbon plate because of a tendon issue in my foot, not looking for a running shoe. I tried several other carbon plated shoes, and these were my final choice. The insoles are extremely cushioned, wide toe box, and good support. The tongue is a little weird, but it does not rub or bother me. I love these shoes!

I received my size 10 and they fit like a 9. Reordered 11s and they fit perfectly.
