It's soft/chewy candy with small amounts of vitamins A, C, and E added. Each pouch contains a small handful, enough to cure your sweet tooth for a little while. Good for packing with kids' lunches, or toss some in with your own lunch before you leave for work, or take them as a snack when you go hiking or camping. I literally have nothing bad to say about these. Just please, only eat one packet at a time. They are CANDY, they are mostly sugar, and you don't want to get cavities or diabetes, right? Enjoy in moderation. Maybe one pouch at lunch and another after dinner?

Well I can't say much about this product I gave it away for Halloween but the kids always love them.
