I don’t know if I should really be reviewing this for what it is, because I don’t use it to go to the beach with or to keep sand off of me. I use it because my cat sheds an awful lot. However, it’s very light and it’s perfect to use in the summer. Unfortunately I’m allergic to her. When her fur gets on my clothes, I have to use 4 to 5 lint rollaway sheets to get it off of me unless I wanted to put clothes in the washing machine immediately This is very tough and her claws won’t go through it so I’m very excited that I found it that repels her fur. If her fur can be repelled, I would assume it will also get off sand.

This was super easy to use. A good size for the money spent and came in handy for sitting on/covering up at the music festivals!

We purchased these to use at Disney to sit on the ground while watching parades they are perfect. They fit in a pocket and a very durable.

I can't understand how this has such high ratings. My biggest reason for getting this was to have a waterproof blanket to sit on if grass is wet. However, I tested it by putting a damp towel down under it and pressing a dry paper towel to the top, and the water completely soaked through. Also, the material is super cheap looking, it has permanent creases in it like a piece of paper, and folding it is ridiculous. I would honestly be embarrassed to take this out in public. Unfortunately, I can't find the plastic it came in, so I can't return it. Glad it was only $9.

Is water resistant, cleans really easy, good size, lightweight, only issue is the stitches on the red bag it folds into are falling apart after 4 months of use. Repaired it with my sewing machine and it's holding up like new.
