So this is supposed to be an amazing antioxidant. I think it does some good. I might be at the point where I'm a certain age and everything is falling apart and I have started taking various supplements to try and combat all of that. So, as far as the scientific method goes, I don't really have a control group, or a single variable. I do feel better after adding this to the routine, but I have also added at least have a dozen other supplements. It does not appear to have any negative effects... other than the taste and smell, which is honestly so terrible. I almost think this has to be good for you because it smells so bad. I mean the flavor is listed as Sulfur Orange-Pineapple, so they aren't trying to hide it.It does mix into things ok, and it's not as bad when not full strength. Overall, seems to be good and the technology or science behind it has been interesting to study.

This seems to be a good quality product, but it really smells and tastes bad. Luckily you don't have to take that much, so it's over quickly. I got this for the delayed aging and cellular repair and if this can do that, I will happily look past the taste.I have been taking this a few weeks and I do feel less sluggish, but only time will tell if it helps in other ways. Big plus that this is a vegan product.

The taste and smell of this is not great. I don't even know how to describe it. I'm sure you could mix it in with something with a strong flavor to mask it, but I prefer to just get it over with and drink a little teaspoon as is. If you can get past that, though, there are definite benefits to using it. I feel more energetic after using it for a while, so it's been effective for me. I appreciate the quality in having a plastic seal and also a peel seal beneath the screw cap. I'd say it's a good value for the price.

I'll address the odor/flavor first: yes, it is skunky/gross, but that smell doesn't indicate anything wrong with the supplement. Glutathione just smells and tastes that way. Liquid supplements tend to be absorbed differently than capsules/pills, so that is the tradeoff. The dose on this is so small that it is not difficult to take.I've been using glutathione for about two years, and have tried several brands and delivery methods--gel, capsules, liquids. This one stands up to even the super high-end subscription brands, and is easy to take and store--a small 4mL daily dose means the bottle is small and takes up almost no room in the refrigerator. I appreciate the use of steviosides rather than sucralose, allulose, or another sweetener, but I will say that there is really no sweetness to the flavor of this. This can be mixed into a drink/smoothie for ease of use, but I just take it straight as that makes the gross flavor a "one and done" type situation rather than a lingering experience.

I honestly don't like the taste even if it has a good benefits. It gaves me a bad gas.

I wanted to try and compare this liquid version to our usual purchase of softgels and without a doubt, this product was a huge reminder that our reason for consuming the softgels in the first place is to not have to deal with the the taste and smell of the liquid supplement version. The liquid version I do believe has better potency. Despite the taste and scent, it is a beneficial tradeoff depending on the situation...If your supplemental needs need to really be stepped up for better immunity/protection health benefits or whatever your reason is for taking the supplement, I recommend going with the liquid version. This item is small but comes with a lot of product/servings. It just slightly more costly than our softgel brand, but is also more potent. It is easy to use, just measure out a bit less than a teaspoon.If the taste and smell can be overcome, I feel it is a worthwhile investment. It will take some experimentation to figure out what to mix it with to mitigate the flavor of it. Straight or mixed with water and a chaser just doesn't feel motivating but maybe over time it will be something regular and normal and won't be an issue.
