This is my new favorite supplement! . Because it’s liposomal, the absorption is much better, and I actually notice the difference—more energy, clearer skin, and just overall feeling healthier. The softgels are small and easy to take, which I really appreciate.

First of all I chose this to aid my diabetes, my high cholestrol (& hopefully gain more energy ).. Glutathione has Amino acids -- cysteine being one [ this is an Amino acid that supposedly reduces Serum Cholestrol. This is why I decided to take this supplement -- and I had read good reviews on Research Labs at Amazon.com before buying it ( this product helps, by the way if You've had a night of drinking -- so long as u drink lots of water and mind your electrolytes. If you drink, you should realize that cell death can occur over time (and your liver gets affected, of course) -- so the point is that People who consume a lot of liquor should perhaps consider this product. It can decrease liver cell damage. PLUS: If you're older taking Glutathione can assist your overall health ( as 'your immune function). Your supply of glutathione appears to shrink as you get up in years - so bear that in mind . I found the capsules easy to swallow. This is an essential factor as I have a small pharynx. Anyhow, to make me happy a pill should have almost no Taste -- which these don't (They are soft gels, & U take 2 of -- prior to a meal). In addition, the reason I am taking these (the main reason) is to try to improve my Cholestrol -- I have to get the labs done next month, & am hoping that consuming these (along with treadmill walking) helps to lower my reading. Also I hoped to gain a bit more energy as I am 60 and can use the boost ! Update: it has helped me a bit, energy wise. Another thing that coaxed me toward choosing Glutathione: I read that Glutathione can in fact aid with one's skin clarity /appearance (I have rosacea, my face is red & so far this has helped to improve the appearance of my skin.
