This is my new favorite supplement! . Because it’s liposomal, the absorption is much better, and I actually notice the difference—more energy, clearer skin, and just overall feeling healthier. The softgels are small and easy to take, which I really appreciate.

First of all I chose this to aid my diabetes, my high cholestrol (& hopefully gain more energy ).. Glutathione has Amino acids -- cysteine being one [ this is an Amino acid that supposedly reduces Serum Cholestrol. This is why I decided to take this supplement -- and I had read good reviews on Research Labs at Amazon.com before buying it ( this product helps, by the way if You've had a night of drinking -- so long as u drink lots of water and mind your electrolytes. If you drink, you should realize that cell death can occur over time (and your liver gets affected, of course) -- so the point is that People who consume a lot of liquor should perhaps consider this product. It can decrease liver cell damage. PLUS: If you're older taking Glutathione can assist your overall health ( as 'your immune function). Your supply of glutathione appears to shrink as you get up in years - so bear that in mind . I found the capsules easy to swallow. This is an essential factor as I have a small pharynx. Anyhow, to make me happy a pill should have almost no Taste -- which these don't (They are soft gels, & U take 2 of -- prior to a meal). In addition, the reason I am taking these (the main reason) is to try to improve my Cholestrol -- I have to get the labs done next month, & am hoping that consuming these (along with treadmill walking) helps to lower my reading. Also I hoped to gain a bit more energy as I am 60 and can use the boost ! Update: it has helped me a bit, energy wise. Another thing that coaxed me toward choosing Glutathione: I read that Glutathione can in fact aid with one's skin clarity /appearance (I have rosacea, my face is red & so far this has helped to improve the appearance of my skin. So I'm pleased with that. You ought to be aware u can buy this in powder or capsule form (but the Research Labs product are 'High Absorption softgels ). And it comes in a quantity of 60. It's not too costly, in comparison to others at Amazon. The shipping was fairly efficient/quick -- which I found pleasing (I'm in No. Dakota & stuff can be slow to get here sometimes) . It does not affect one's triglycerides level. So it can't be used for that. But for Older people -- or those with Diabetes or a Cholestrol issue -- yes.

I really feel like this supplement gives me more energy and it is the best price of any others I have found.

I am so happy with product. We just got off from a cruise a couple of weeks ago and I am so glad I have this product. It has helped me with my need to detox as soon as we got off the ship. It helped regulate my digestion after all the alcohol and food that I had during the cruise. It’s so easy to take, tastes fine and smells ok. I am making this my go-to after any vacation or big event.

The pills themselves have a bit of a smell to them, but they’re easy to take and haven’t caused me any issues. I started taking these after a recent trip where I just couldn’t seem to bounce back energy-wise, and I really do feel like they’ve been helping me recover. Excited to try this supplement! I’d heard good things about Liposomal Glutathione, and I picked this one because I saw it was supposed to have better absorption. As I’m taking this for healthy aging etc., I can’t say if I’ve actually noticed any difference since this is more of a preventative supplement. But what I can say is that I haven’t noticed any bad side effects. Sometimes some of these supplements can make me feel bloated or slightly dizzy or nauseous, and I feel totally normal. I don’t think I’ve noticed any type of energy boost or anything like that, but I never do from these things. Happy to start taking something like this to keep my body in good shape while I age~

I recently learned about glutathione and I wanted to try it. This supplement helps to support detoxing. The instructions indicate to take it on an empty stomach and wait at least 30 minutes before consuming a meal or taking different supplements. The supplements are oval shaped, are soft gels and are cherry colored. There was no after taste. Glutathione has anti-inflammatory properties, supports cellular health and the immune system. The high absorption properties in these softgels will help my body to utilize it better.
