We bought a new home and wanted this item in the guest bathroom. The touchless feature is a great way to help minimize germs from spreading between users. We installed the unit today (six weeks after purchase) and unfortunately, the unit continuously tries to dispense soap, even when no one is in the bathroom near the sensor. We thought the unit might be too sensitive and might be detecting all motion in the surrounding area. Therefore, to prevent the unit from activating on its own, we put the dispenser in the garage where it is dark and there is no activity. As I am writing this review, we can still hear the dispenser trying to dispense soap. We also noticed it will not hold the time that is set and keeps reverting back to the default time.Because the bathroom upgrades took longer than expected, we did not install them dispenser right away. If we had and would have been aware that the unit is malfunctioning, we would have immediately sent it back in time for a refund. It's too bad it doesn't work, because the unit is very aesthetically pleasing. This one will go from the vendors box to the trash. That is our fault for presuming the unit would work properly and not testing the device upon initial receipt.Update: The seller contacted us regarding the defective unit and offered to issue a refund. We appreciate their effort to rectify the issue. Five stars for the customer service. As originally stated, the unit is definitely visually appealing.Unfortunately we received a defective unit, which can happen with any purchase. The fact that the seller corrected the issue after the purchase period is excellent. They definitely care about their customers.

Love it but the time goes off it doesnt show all the time.

This is touchless and need to mount on wall. This has a sensor and dispenses soap. No more batteries needed but usb charge which is the best feature. Kids find it fun to use and I am so happy as kids wash hands when they should. Whenever wash hands it displays time, temperature as well. We can set how many pumps of soap to be pumped and increase or decrease with the touch screen. A great innovative dispenser.

looks great easy to fill and the price was good.

The product worked pretty well until it decide not to anymore and i thought it just needed to charge but after keeping it on the charge for a day it still wouldn’t turn on. It lasted all of 4-5 weeks which is very disappointing. I will be returning.

I like the fact that you Can graduate the level(1-2-3) of how much soap you can get delivered, battery it’s seem it’s last .

We really liked the dispenser and all the features but it stopped working after the first refill.
