This item arrived with the bag broken, mis-taped, rice and spider in the box. The item return policy states:'This item is non-returnable, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement.'However, there is no option for refund or replacement.Very disappointed for the amount of money paid for rice.
