High quality, brass P-trap for bathroom sink
Great quality metal p-trap for a bathroom sink. It’s very easy to install and looks very good as well so it’s nice for sinks where the plumbing is exposed rather than having PVC. It drains well and is a good deal for the price.

Great addition
I installed this for the looks and it was a breeze to install. There was a slight leak at the bottom of the sink and I just loosened it and applied some plumbers putty and the leak was solved. I have to do that on a lot of sinks since the bottom is not always true from the cast of the sink. Other than that I would take the metal over the pvc any day. I love the black finish. Only time will tell but so far the quality is great.

May need a "little help" getting a good seal
This drain stopper & P trap have a nice appearance with a reasonably good finish, but might need a little assistance to ensure a good seal, particularly at the drain stopper. Though the product comes with seals for each component, a good application of silicone was needed to get a reliable seal between the brand new drain and brand new sink.I find it humorous that the instructions and advertising photos show the drain merely feeding into a hole in the wall. That IS a technique, I suppose, but not a particularly good one, with perhaps one or two possible exceptions. While the kit includes a conical, ribbed rubber drain seal for its termination, I elected to use a more traditional pipe adapter to guarantee no leakage where this pipe connected to the house's drain system. When closed, the drain stopper remains fairly elevated in the sink basin, with a visual gap between it and the drain flange. This might be an aesthetic issue for some, but it doesn't bother us.Good product, overall.

Great fit
I have been changing out the old deteriorating steel pipes. Using PVC pips will not only last forever, but they look a lot better, especially this set that is black and not the typical white, which I personally don't like. This is for a wall drain. It was easy to install into the sink after taking out the old drain pipes. I used some plumbers putty just in case and for a tight seal with the sink base. Once I installed the drain, I lined up the straight pipe with the p-trap going towards the wall pipe. I had to trim a little off for the right depth. Next I placed the wall pipe into the existing pipe, which extended out past the p-trap by a few inches. So, I trimmed it off and put it all together before tightening all the connectors. Once everything lined up, then I tightened down each joint. I ran the water and there were no leaks. The kit is great for adjustments and has been installed for a while now with no issues.

Doesn't seal at the sink
The drain that attaches to the sink has two rubber seals and the lower one won't stop water from leaking down the pipe. No instructions came with product but I have done many of these before without this kind of trouble. Pipe at wall was too long so it was cut to fit but now its probably not returnable but that's how you find out if it leaks. Will buy a better product somewhere else. Made in China

Sturdy
This is a nice, sturdy drain for the bathroom sink. It is pretty, too. I don't know jow many people will see it inside the cabinet, though. I ran into some trouble attempting to install this P-trap and pop-up drain. The drain hole is too small in the bottom of my circa 1970 sink. Since I already have it raken apart, I believe that I will purchase a new sink so I can complete the install. Off to the plumbing store for me.

Thin material
The product has a nice appearance but once I handled it the metal is thin and feels weak in comparison to what you could get at Lowe’s. I’d say just get the real deal to prevent any breakage or leaks. I’m still going to install it and see what happens. Will provide follow up.

Great kit but…
Nothing wrong with this set, when installing I cut 1/16 too short. It’s metal, so be cautious when snipping it. Great kit
