I keep on changing my cooking oil after every 3 months. This time I bought Tata Sesame oil . It has strong, distinct nutty aroma & flavour which is good to go in Indian Cuisines. From health perspective it should be added in our diet as it is rich in antioxidants. Due to its strong aroma It can be used in making other Asian cuisines. Not only this I sometimes use it to to massage my hair & body.Due to its strong flavour & high smoke point it is best to use in stir frying , making curries, dressing salads, grilling but not for deep frying.
