Has this briefcase for 6 months and the front zipper broke and the pocket ripped. Contacted the company for a warranty replacement and they told me that it was past the return window, so they would not help. They did not provide instructions to receive a warranty replacement. Poor customer service and product.

It definitely isn't leather. I used it pretty heavily for 2 years. I liked it enough to buy a second one. The second one came apart in 2 weeks of use. It is stylish and the perfect size for a small laptop, notebook, cables, etc.

High quality, stylish bag - can carry 2 laptops easily, plus cables and cords, earbuds, etc. It looks great and I've been putting it through it's paces. I was worried the weight of the two laptops would stress the attachment points for the should strap, but there's no sign of stress, fraying or anything. Great bag!

Great quality has multiple places for organization. The thickness is perfect and carrying it is comfortable.
