Life changing. Amazing Tool
Received this item ahead of schedule. It is perfect for my heavy bike. The ramp makes it very easy for loading and off loading my 75+lb e-Bike. Assembly was easy and the hitch system is very sturdy. This enables me to explore areas I never thought I’d ever see. This is a great value and very easy to use. The function is easy. The built in lock is an added deterrent to theft.

Don't get lights kit to go with this
Don't buy the lights kit to go with this, the handle bolts are on so tight they can't be removed per ights kit instructions with 5 mm hex and calling saris for help gets nothing but them saying "use 5 mm hex tool". Not helpful.

Good solution, not perfect
This works reasonably well at supporting the bike via the fender but does stress the fender in doing so. I've had to readjust my fender after a long drive. Overall, I think it's a pretty good solution. I found that it fits against the fender better if you attach it to the support arm upside down. I've also wrapped it in foam padding to keep it from scratching up the fender.

Then it promptly got hung up at Fed Ex receiving facility for days lol.

Lots of plastic parts on rack and still extremely heavy. Bad warranty.
1UP dup so thought it'll be great. It's just OK but rack is extremely heavy so sometimes prefer using my cheap backup rack instead. Used just a handful of times and then plastic strap holding rear wheel broke. Lifetime warranty was listed so called Saris about the strap and they said all plastic parts on rack (and there are alot!) aren't covered under warranty. Learned my lesson and should have bought a 1UP instead!

Heavy rack.
The strap came off first time I used carrier. Carrier is very heavy but seems solid.

The item is ok. But the package came re-taped, missing instructions or paperwork of any kind, boxes inside open with accessories and screws spilled out, some marks and clear signs of usage. It’s very clearly an open box item.
