Nice kitchen knife without the huge cost
Very good quality kitchen knife at a very reasonable price. Once sharpened it cuts cleaner than any other kitchen knife I’ve ever used. A great purchase and highly recommended if you want a good clean cut knife at a reasonable price.

Great knife
Sliced through a potato like thin air. nice emblem on the butt, and very handy sheath too.I'm seriously impressed with the quality. I nearly cancelled the order to buy a more expensive knife but so glad I didn't. I highly recommend

Honest opinion, Best knife for the money!
I have had this knife for over 2 years now and I use it daily. I use it for butchering, slicing, dicing and mincing.I have sharpened it over the time I have had it but I didn't need to sharpen for a few months after getting. I would always recommend sharpening a knife as it will have a razor sharp edge but when I first received it, it was extremely sharp. It currently is at its peak sharpen thanks to some King japanese whetstones I use. Please do not put this knife in a dishwasher or any good chef's knife in one as it will become brittle and lose itssharpness. This knife comes with a nice plastic protector so it can be stored in a drawer if not in my knife stand. The handle is the only thing that has slightly worn but I believe it is much better this way. It had a glossy finish which was nice to look at but if you didn't have dry hands it would slip. Having that polish worn of it now has a nice wooden feel and better grip.I see myself using this knife for many years to come and has been a great addition to my knives.

Fantastic
I’ve had this knife for a while now and because of of how cheap the price was I was a bit wary on how good it would actually be? I needn’t have worried. The knife looks, feels and performs great. It has a lovely balance to it and the handle is very comfortable. It’s lighter than my old faithful knife which i had for longer than I’d like to remember, which I’d like to add that I paid a lot more for. You’d actually think that this knife cost more. The blade is razor sharp and So far I’ve used it to cut through steaks, remove lamb leg fat, cut vegetables and other general stuff. It handles everything. I also purchased a new steel and I’ve given it a quick sharpen up at the end of the week. I’ve read some reviews that it goes blunt….it’s a knife, they do, you just need to treat it well and sharpen it. I’ve also read someone say it rusts…..can’t see how if you dry it properly??. The only thing I will say is it’s quite light, but that’s compared to my old knife which was a beast. This isn’t taking anything away from it, it just means I needed to get used to it.In summary it’s a great product and I’m more than happy.

Very sharp knife out of the box
Well made , nicely balanced and lovely presentation, if you are considering as a gift. It’s light enough to do long sessions of kitchen prep without straining wrists. Looked after, should get years of use out of one of these, and keeps edge for long periods between sharpening. I use water stones, which quickly restore it to be able to thinly slice tomatoes etc…
