Arrived promptly and in pristine condition. The fabrication is sturdy and is easy to read. Does exactly what it should and well priced. Perfect for the job not a battery in sight. Very pleased. I bought two.

Better quality than I thought it would be although the way they have glued in the glass tube makes it difficult to read where the level is, you have to close one eye and look at it from an angle to see it fully, I would fix it but it has a fare amount of glue holding it and I wouldn't want to break the glass tube and potentially hurt myself, It will probably come loose over time so I will fix it if it lasts that long.

Looks exactly as in the photo. Happy to report that in my case, the thermometer was accurate - this should be true if the bottom of the bulb is aligned with the line on the bottom of the wooden frame. The glass bits are partly protected by sitting in a groove, which is a good idea, and I love the fact that it's not made of plastic and requires no batteries. In other words, if I don't break it, it should last forever. Great value.

I use this to check my ball temperature as I am curious if I fire blanks !
